Want to promote OKX yourself? Here is what ReturnFee's sub-affiliate program actually pays.
OKX lets an affiliate at ReturnFee's own tier recruit sub-affiliates directly from its console, no separate application, and set each one's own commission rate. This page states that rate, what ReturnFee keeps, and how it compares with opening an OKX affiliate account yourself. No earnings are promised anywhere on this page.
OKX's own published default commission rate for a brand-new affiliate, rising with your own invitees' volume over time
The highest rate ReturnFee has set for a sub-affiliate on its own console, up to this pass, on your own referred traders
What OKX's own console shows
ReturnFee's OKX account holds a Level 5 affiliate tier at a 65% total commission rate, and its console has a dedicated Sub-affiliates tab, separate from Overview, Invitees, Marketing and Campaigns. That tab lists each sub-affiliate's own UID, level, and a column headed exactly "Sub-affiliate rate", next to an "Upgrade invitees" button that promotes a regular invitee into a sub-affiliate. No application form exists anywhere in the console; setting or changing a sub-affiliate's rate is a self-service action on ReturnFee's own account.
The rule that can take a rate to zero
"Both you and your sub-affiliate will continue to receive the pre-assigned commission rates if ≥ five traded invitees over the last two months have registered using the sub-affiliate's link. Otherwise, the total commission rate of this link is reduced to 0%." OKX, Sub-Affiliate Rules (okx.com/help/9794385548941), read 2026-09-13
This is why some sub-affiliate rates on ReturnFee's own console sit at 0% today: it is OKX's own automatic maintenance rule, not a decision ReturnFee makes, and it applies equally to a rate ReturnFee sets for you. A rate that drops to 0% is restored automatically once the requirement is met again.
"The default commission rate is 30%." OKX, Affiliate Program Rules (okx.com/en-us/help/okx-affiliate-program-rules), read 2026-09-13
The split, in ReturnFee's own numbers
- ReturnFee's own OKX tier: 65% of the trading fee commission generated by everyone in its own affiliate tree.
- What ReturnFee can grant a sub-affiliate: up to 50%, of the commission generated specifically by the traders that sub-affiliate personally refers, editable at any time on ReturnFee's own console.
- What ReturnFee keeps: the difference between its own tier and the rate it grants, as low as 15 percentage points at a 50% grant, as the override for hosting the relationship and administering the console.
- What a referred trader gets: OKX's own standard automatic invitee discount, capped at 20% by OKX's own rule, unaffected by any of the above.
Commission at the granted rate is paid by OKX directly to the sub-affiliate's own OKX account, in real time, the same way OKX pays any affiliate. ReturnFee is not the payer of that share and does not hold it before passing it on.
Compared with going direct
A brand-new OKX affiliate account starts at OKX's own published 30% default and rises only as that account's own invitees' trading volume and count grow, reassessed monthly. Joining as a ReturnFee sub-affiliate can put a new promoter at up to 50% from the first referred trader, without first building that volume alone. If you already hold a high OKX affiliate tier in your own name, opening your own account and negotiating your own tier may pay you more than joining under ReturnFee's own tier, this page is for someone who does not already hold one.
How to say yes
This page states a commission split and a maintenance condition, both quoted from OKX's own console and published rules. It does not promise earnings: what you receive depends entirely on the trading activity of the users you actually refer, and on OKX's own performance requirement above.
